Disruptions caused by the Mercè Parade

Disruptions at Aerobús stops due to the Mercè parade.

  • Thursday 24 September 2026, from 4.00 pm to approximately 8.30 pm (or until public roads are reopened to traffic).

Due to the Mercè parade taking place in the centre of Barcelona on Thursday 24 September 2026, between 4.00 pm and 8.30 pm, there will be disruptions to the routes of Aerobús lines A1 and A2.

Airport direction

The following stop has been cancelled:

• Plaça Catalunya

The service to the airport will start its journey at Pl. Universitat.

City center direction

The following stop has been cancelled:

• Plaça Catalunya

The Plaça Universitat stop will be the end of the line.

Any changes to the schedule may be subject to instructions from the local police. We recommend that you allow extra time for your journeys, especially if you plan to arrive at or travel from the airport during the period when disruption is expected.
