Aerobús has two bus lines. The A1 line that goes from the center to terminal 1and vice versa. And the A2 line that goes from the center to terminal 2 and vice versa.   • From Barcelona to the Airport

If you want to travel from the center of Barcelona to the Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat airport, you can do it at3 different stops. In all of them you have the possibility of taking line A1 or line A2.

The first stop, where the journey begins, is the Plaza Catalunya stop. The second is the Sepúlveda – Comte Urgell stop. And the last one is the Plaza España stop. Once you leave the city, line A1 arrives at T1 on the Departures floor. And line A2 reaches the T2B.

All the stops are located in central and emblematic points of the city. Once you know which bus stop is best for you, you just have to calculate the time margin to arrive on time for your flight.

The journey from Plaza Catalunya to T1 and T2 is approximately 35 minutes.

 

  • From the Airport to Barcelona

If you arrive at the airport and want to go to the city center, you can take the Aerobus service in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. As we have said before, it will depend on which terminal the flight company lands at. In T1 the bus stop is on Floor 0, arrivals. At T2, the bus stop is located at T2B. The stops in the center towards Barcelona are also the same stops for the two lines A1 and A2.

Once you have left the airport towards the city center, the bus will make 4 stops. The first stop in the center is Plaza España. It then makes a stop at Gran Via- Comte Borrell, then stops at Plaza Universidad and finally arrives at Plaza Cataluña.

The journey from the airport to the center is approximately 35 minutes.

 

The frequency of the buses varies depending on the time slot and the line, but during the day it leaves between 5 and 10 minutes. You can check the timetable o know which one suits you best and also all the Fares to know which one best suits your needs .
